Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Whole Bible Community (WBC) is committed to protecting children and minors from sexual abuse and exploitation. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any content, conduct, or attempt to groom, exploit, or endanger a minor on our platform.

These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE, and how anyone can report it to us. They apply to every part of the Whole Bible Community platform, including our website, web application, and mobile apps.

Our commitment

We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We act on reports, remove violating content, suspend and ban offending accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, as required by law.

Minimum age

Whole Bible Community is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly allow access to children under this age. Accounts found to belong to underage users may be removed. We design our community features with the protection of minors in mind.

Prohibited conduct

The following is strictly forbidden on our platform and will result in immediate action and, where applicable, reporting to authorities:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
  • Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to sexually exploit a minor.
  • Sexualizing, sextorting, or sharing sexual content involving anyone under 18.
  • Facilitating, promoting, or normalizing the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
  • Any contact with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation, on or off the platform.

How to report

If you encounter content or behavior that endangers a child, report it immediately. You can:

  • Use the in-app report option available on posts, comments, profiles, and messages to flag the content directly for our moderation team.
  • Contact our child safety point of contact by email at [email protected]

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first.

How we respond

When we receive a report or detect a violation, we:

  • Review the report promptly and prioritize potential child safety violations.
  • Remove violating content and restrict, suspend, or permanently ban the responsible accounts.
  • Preserve relevant data and evidence in accordance with applicable law.
  • Report confirmed CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local authorities.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including obligations to report child sexual abuse and exploitation to the competent authorities. We regularly review our standards and practices to keep them aligned with legal requirements and platform policies.
